Agreement

By booking an appointment or using the services of Cristal D. Hairdresser ("the Salon"), located at LOFT 145, 81 N. Church Street, Wailuku, HI 96793, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online via Square Appointments or by calling (808) 557-4349.

• • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the stylist's discretion.
• • A valid contact number is required for all bookings.
• • New clients requiring color services are encouraged to book a consultation first.
• • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up without prior notice may be charged up to 50% of the booked service price and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
• Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Pricing & Payment

• • All prices are approximate. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, thickness, or complexity of service.
• • A consultation may be required for color corrections, extensions, or specialty services.
• • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards via Square.
• • Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at the client's discretion.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to correct any issues at no additional charge. Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we are committed to making it right.

Health & Safety

• • Please inform your stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before your service.
• • A patch test may be required for certain chemical services.
• • We reserve the right to decline or modify services for health and safety reasons.
• • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times in the salon.

Intellectual Property

All content on hair-maui.com, including images, text, and design, is the property of Cristal D. Hairdresser. Photos of client work are shared with permission only. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Cristal D. Hairdresser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
